My elderly mother stays here and the one lady that works in the office is very rude and yells at myself and young sons when we come to visit due to one of the other tenants throwing trash out when parked next to me and assumed it was mine out my car Instead of asking or checking the cameras to see where it came from she came flying out the front doors screaming loud and aggressive at me in front of my sons that are 6 and younger and scaring them Then after she called my mother in her apartment screaming at her and told her Im no longer allowed on the property or to come visit my mother She has since found out the trash wasnt mine but hasnt apologized or allowed me back to come visit my very elderly and sick mother Now the other office lady is very polite but due to this being a federal and government elderly building the rude office worker should be let go and something should be done about this and office employees should be polite and more respectful more ... hide ...

I was in month 4 of being diagnosed with 46 months to live when I caught Covid and had pneumonia I was in the ER 2x and admitted 2x as my organs were failing and my system started shut down Every time I got home my door was locked my keys inside The doors have to locked from the outside and the only other people with keys is management I came home at 3am f 2022-01-30T22:16:33Z
