Oct1 will be 3 years since I moved in and its been cool for the most part Ill be leaving this year Only problem I have is the rent going up every year for no reason Everybody pay doesnt go up Or get a bonus At least I should get updated appliances Make it worth it going up 40 every year They just put new cameras in at least they did that wish they would have

I am content living here I feel safe and secure The building is kept clean at all times Majority of staff is very pleasant I love my balcony Only thing I wish was available is an in unit washer and dryer I hate going to laundry room However I do highly recommend this community for seniors I do not participate in function but they do have plenty to enjoy

This place is a complete joke especially the police department and the so called judge Apple if she is still there the oak park police are nothing but liars and if you are black driving on 8 mile they will pull you over even if you are going the speed limit and will lie on the ticket also if they do not like you they will make up alot of stuff about you just
