EDITED FOR UPDATED EXPERIENCEnThis a much delayed review edit as I have now not lived in these apartments for over a year however when I wrote this original review it was 100 true and my honest experience The apartments were amazing and clean and an awesome place to live WEREnAs many other reviewers have posted the apartments were sold to a different company about 6 months after we moved in Before being sold there was an amazing staff Rachel was the lead manager there and she as well as the other girls were sweet as can benOnce the apartments were sold however ALL of the previous office staff was removed and replaced with the stupidest of women I dont say that lightly because Im a woman as well and I dont like to put other women down but literally talking to one of these girls was like talking to an egg Just nothing there couldnt understand anything I was saying to hernMore importantly though the grounds started becoming DISGUSTING Like never cleaned There was garbage everywhere Specifically the can next to the mail area would get filled very quickly this should be expected since people toss out their junk mail right in it But this trash would get filled to the max and sit there for over a week countless times So much so that mail and garbage would be blown out by the wind and litter would get strewn everywherenNot only that but they would never empty the dog poop bins so those would constantly overflownAlso people just started leaving trash everywhere part of this is of course the trashy people themselves contributing to this but the apartment shouldve 1 had groundskeepers to keep up with the garbage around 2 notices should have been sent out to all tenants letting everyone know that dumping garbage anywhere but the garbage bins was prohibited and that anyone found dumping would be charged This is what you must do for those who want to be lazy and stick their garbage behind the nice looking trees Again we NEVER had a garbage issue before they were sold to the new companynLastly we ended up breaking our lease because we purchased a house now I have broken leases before generally you just give 30 days notice and make sure to clean up and the landlordsapartments are fine with you leaving Not these guys they literally pulled out my lease agreement and cited how I have to pay EITHER three months rent or rent until they fill the apartment to which they said theyd give my apartment priority when leasing new tenants So I had no choice but to pay almost 3k at the same time I had to put a down payment on my housenNow to be fair my contract was clear about the consequences of me breaking my lease however like I said before every other time Ive had to break a lease before the apartment was extremely accommodating and easy to deal with usually only requiring 30 days notice of vacancynSorry for the VERY LONG story but I wanted to make sure everyone knows the full story on this placenIm adding photos of the proof to this review as wellnLong story short this place USED to be amazing but after being sold to another company its turned into trashnnWe moved into The Crossing about 7 months ago and i couldnt be happiernI honestly love living here The apartment itself was clean and well kept when we got in no maintenance issues or stains or holes We have one of the apartments with the vaulted ceilings and its just beautiful It really makes your house look so nicenThe location is perfect its sort of nestled behind a little neighborhood surrounded by grass and trees The location definitely adds to the happiness here because everything is so quiet and serene it doesnt feel like cramped cold apartment livingnBut I think the best part about living here is the fact that they accept petsnOverall I couldnt be any happier living here Im happy my pets are happy and i feel safe and relaxed walking around by myself on nice daysn

Horrible Ive waited 4 years for them to call me back Made it seem like I was about to move within the next week and stop answering the phone Finally got in touch with someone just for them to say I have to wait 6 months They are very poor about the way they go about things I just hate the complex period
