I only rated this so I could get the word out I would rate nagative if i could Now not sure on new management When i was told i got a place there i was so the managers storage apartment Which was mostly decent He said if you want it you could move in on this date When my move in date came I walked in and it smelled strongly of urine I walked across the floor and my feet turned black from the nasty carpet Which i did get him to change 3 weeks after i moved in The bathroom had mold around the toilet and sink at the bottom by the floor The toilet ran and ran Which i fixed The play ground was a litter box for the stray cats My neighbor was caught taking photos of little girls on outside He didnt know them the dad came up and asked what he was doing took his phone called the cops They did nothing cause his disabled The dad held gun to his head later in my building He was also caught my many of the down stairs renters he was looking in tgere windows The other neighbor got his door kicked in and no one know what happened Renter was very upset The other building was known for roaches Then the third had cops there everynight for drug related problems I could go on with more but i feel you get the picture more ... hide ...
