If I could give zero stars I wouldnnThe management at this place is absolutely horrible they make NOTHING clear to you Me and my roommate terminated our lease due to issues and in doing so we knew there would be a price to pay to do that No security deposit back and have to pay one extra months rent Thats fine And then an incident happened where our upstairs

If I could give zero stars I wouldnnThe management at this place is absolutely horrible they make NOTHING clear to you Me and my roommate terminated our lease due to issues and in doing so we knew there would be a price to pay to do that No security deposit back and have to pay one extra months rent Thats fine And then an incident happened where our upstairs neighbor decided to put a bidet on her toilet and flood her apartment and my apartment To the point it wasnt even possible for us to even stay at this apartment and they had no remorse whatsoever and just put one tiny little fan in our apartment to dry everything up It wasnt livable and we moved all of our stuff out as soon as we could We asked for some sort of reimbursement because of not being able to live there the rest of the time we were there They said there was nothing they could do about it Time comes to pay our extra months rent and theres no charge on our account and then they deleted our resident account the next day after rent was due They told us we didnt have to worry about paying the last months rent due to all the issues we faced and said we were all set Jump forward a few weeks and they charge us for that months rent they told us not to worry about We made a mistake This is not professional at all You cant tell someone they are all set and good to go and turn around and ask them for 1000 in rent probably because they realized how much damage the upstairs neighbor did to our apartment Why dont you ask her for that money

My mother has lived here twice Once for 8 years and after a short stay somewhere else she moved back and has lived here again for the last three years The complex is clean well maintained and the manager Maureen cares very much about her residents and was very easy and helpful to work with
