Honestly to live here it is very affordable however i dont agree with all the restrictions and regulations they have at this community When you need something fixed there is no form of urgency you have to constantly follow up with the office to see if the maintenance guy is coming out and they never show Only can have someone stay over 13 days out of the

This is my last month and thank God i lived here for two years now Honestly its over priced for those who cant get on section 8 or whatever i was constantly stressing if i had enough money to pay my bills and i couldnt save money for the life of me Today supposebly comcast connections are getting shut off and not sure why i have xfinity not comcast but thats comcasts new name so we shall see if my internet gets disconnected I feel bad for people who break contracts becauae they charge you terribly for break of contract The kids are terrible in this apartment complex loud and very disrespectful see cops here a lot Overall the best thing is being allowed pets but i wouldnt live here again just my personsl experience Oh and the neighbors are petty to my boyfriend parked in this womens spot and shes banging on our door and then he went to aplogize to her and shes says very rude your in my spot
