If I could give this a 0 star I would Staff is disrespectful rude and not Professional Never answer there office Office hours are from 95 and most of the time they leave earlier than 3 Hallways is always dirty Nobody ever comes out and cleans it Most of the time I do Apartments are infested with bugs and spiders I currently have a bee and lady bug issue and 2021-10-28T19:58:12Z

My uncle lived at American House in Taylor for two years We were very happy with the overall management and operations of this location The apartments are nicely laid out clean and well maintained The management was proactive in keeping us informed and always available to answer questions or address concerns We were especially impressed by the kindness of th 2021-02-16T20:26:08Z
My uncle lived at American House in Taylor for two years We were very happy with the overall management and operations of this location The apartments are nicely laid out clean and well maintained The management was proactive in keeping us informed and always available to answer questions or address concerns We were especially impressed by the kindness of the staff who interacted with my uncle daily Recently he was hospitalized and all he wanted to do was go back home to his apartment To me that says volumes about the people who work there and look after the residents Thank you American House for all you do to make the residents feel at home everyday more ... hide ...

DONT MOVE HERE I have lived here for 6 years and the first 4 were actually great The office was helpful and maintenance actually did their job Now the office is unprofessional and never responds to anything unless its about rent Multiple time maintenance has never shown up after claiming they did or flat out broke things they were supposed to fix and disappe 2022-06-14T15:51:19Z
DONT MOVE HERE I have lived here for 6 years and the first 4 were actually great The office was helpful and maintenance actually did their job Now the office is unprofessional and never responds to anything unless its about rent Multiple time maintenance has never shown up after claiming they did or flat out broke things they were supposed to fix and disappeared The neighbors are loud and disrespectful Nobody watches their kids so they run through the neighborhood and in the middle of the streets Ive called security multiple times over the past years and they have never shown up to resolve the issue We have a gate for our community that has not worked for literal months now We constantly asked them for upgrades and repairs since we lived there for so long and every time the owner would call and then ghost us They raise the rent every year and fix nothing what so ever to explain the increase They file documents wrong and then blame you for it I had a package stolen off my porch and I reported it to the office and the next day maintenance somehow found the package abandoned around the corner unopened and undamaged after I had photos of amazon putting it on my steps DONT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...

No luxury it is not quiet at all Too many people coming in and out to sell insurance life insurance or shall I say death insurance medical insurance hospice and things of that nature Residence always open the door for strangers it is not secure dont feel very safe at all times here they lock up the amenities every night such as hair salon exercise room pool table so to me it was false advertisement to move therenAtually would be a very nice place for someone to live if it was quiet safe and clean like they advertise They should vacuum every hallway every day or a least every other day too many pets walk around the building peeing on the floor shaking off fleas and fur The public restaurant downstairs is never really clean or sanitized I can say when its time for an Inspection they try to get it together for show they could do a better job of keeping the carpets in the hallway is clean since they allow dogs to be in The common area sitting on their owners lap more ... hide ...

Very nice place to stay if you can afford it Nice area as well Local shopping centers law enforcement city hall a hand full of great restaurants
