I moved her April 2020 This place is awesome The people are nice here Its diverse I love that they literally clean everyday You know how hallways have a horrible smell in other apartments they dont They also have easy rent payments online We have online maintenance requests and they handle your requests almost immediately Most of mine have been same day I wi

I moved her April 2020 This place is awesome The people are nice here Its diverse I love that they literally clean everyday You know how hallways have a horrible smell in other apartments they dont They also have easy rent payments online We have online maintenance requests and they handle your requests almost immediately Most of mine have been same day I wish I was able to indulge in the amenities but due to COVID Ill have to wait until next year but Ill definitely be renewing my lease I like the office manager as well She is nice but you can tell she doesnt play and shes about her business Also they have trash rooms and shoots on every floor Thats so convenient They also have a laundry facility on every floor

My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment April 23rd 2022 Getting in to this apartment is a long process and if the process was faster I wouldve given a 55 You have to provide an extreme amount of documents but I understand why all of the documentation is required Although it doesnt change the fact that it is a long and sometimes extreme process When we got accepted Tenae sorry if I misspelled was extremely helpful with movein day and so nice about everything Our apartment was perfect and exactly what we wanted We have never had any issues with hot water or anything Although the only air conditioning is an in window unit there is an auto setting so it would work like a standard air conditioning unit would and kicks on when your apartment needs to be cooled according to the temp you set it on Some of these reviews are extremely harsh and these people need to understand they live in an apartment and they are going to hear their neighbors come and go and occasionally if they are being loud Continuing the loud noises or arguments obviously warrants a noise complaint but you cant expect complete peace when you are paying apartment prices Everything is extremely expensive these days so unfortunately this is the new apartment rate and you just have to deal with it or pay 1200 a month for renting a house of your own Also when we moved in the apartment was clean and they put a new toilet seat on which was appreciated We also have a dog who loves it here and thoroughly enjoys the dog park nnI hope our stay continues to be this enjoyable Thanks Meadows on Ten and office staff
