I stayed at the Red Lion for almost a year The only reason for my move is neighbors and noise issues The leasing office Rachel especially has been more than accommodating in working with me to resolve the issue in every way possible Posting fliers contacting the suspected residents and more When that didnt work I was offered to move to a different unit free 2022-07-05T11:20:46Z
I stayed at the Red Lion for almost a year The only reason for my move is neighbors and noise issues The leasing office Rachel especially has been more than accommodating in working with me to resolve the issue in every way possible Posting fliers contacting the suspected residents and more When that didnt work I was offered to move to a different unit free of charge or terminate my lease early also no charge Ive never had a manager who was more accommodating and caring I felt my problems were listened to and taken care of to the best of their ability I was kept in the loop every step of the way and the communication and updates was wonderful I am excited to start a new journey elsewhere but I doubt I will ever find a better property manager than Rachel who cares about her residents I could go on and on She has giveaways always comments on the community wall when residents have issues or questions and responds to messages within hours Maintenance always takes care of my requests within 24 hours on weekdays and things are well taken care of All in all its Ypsilanti Expectations of your neighbors and their guests need to be realistic and for the price I felt safe and always stayed warm and felt cared for and listened to more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for 3 years and to be honest Ive been lucky with my stay here Is there crime yes Is there noisy neighbors yes But people fail to remember is its an apartment complex in a big little city My only true complaint is that the rent is pretty ridiculous for a roughly 550 square feet apartment Yes I understand that youre paying for convenience everyt 2021-09-17T13:28:39Z
Ive lived here for 3 years and to be honest Ive been lucky with my stay here Is there crime yes Is there noisy neighbors yes But people fail to remember is its an apartment complex in a big little city My only true complaint is that the rent is pretty ridiculous for a roughly 550 square feet apartment Yes I understand that youre paying for convenience everything you need is literally 1015 minutes away from you Staff is fantastic as long as you come to them with a cool head Maintenance was on point for the most part when it came to personal home issues If I could change something minor about this place is the secure doors They try to fix this but the tenants usually thwart this to make it easier to get in and out Fix the darn hydraulics door closer The doors slam everytime someone enters but you sleep through this after about 3 months of vacancynnOverall I give 4 stars due to the price being higher than I believe it should be They did care and help out during the pandemic but it still was minor Thank you staff for making my stay there mostly pleasurable more ... hide ...

Excellent community center with programs designed by professional caring staff for our citys youth Prefect place for kids of all ages to come and learn to excel in academics and develop enriching life skills

Dont get a house here you will have no privacy and they do have a reputation of breaking families apart and also they call police to much if you want youre freedom and privacy dont go there bc youre just gonna be paying bills for a place they technically still owns they walk in your houses btw
