Dirty in Disrepair Elevator has been Out of Order for 1yrs if not longer there r people Loitering outside the Main Door ALL the time Smoking when they shuld be 25feet away per Fire Marshall Regulations as it is a Market Rate Affordable Housing Section 8 approved bldg Employees dont even stay on their offices if they do they Lock themselves in the kitchen a
