So glad I moved to Village Matterhorn apt Maintenance is very quick if something goes wrong Very friendly staff as well as helpful residents Apt is very well planned out utilizing spaces so well Im so close to everything the mall WalMart 3 grocery stores a whole lot more Even have AEOA service my door if needed Very good move for me

Do not rent from this lady I am on county assistance with a child and this lady and her son tried screwing up my chances of moving from her 1br handicapped apartment to a 2br safer apartment Because I screwed her over because I made it so I could she then made it seem like when I moved out that she put everything was clean and in good shape on the list but 2019-09-15T23:56:43Z
Do not rent from this lady I am on county assistance with a child and this lady and her son tried screwing up my chances of moving from her 1br handicapped apartment to a 2br safer apartment Because I screwed her over because I made it so I could she then made it seem like when I moved out that she put everything was clean and in good shape on the list but actually marked the opposite and screwed me over on most my security deposit saying there was smoke damage to the walls when I never had a fire in there and never smoked in my apartment then she also put that there was 13 hrs of cleaning at over 16 an hour I am fighting with the management company right now but i think i will have to take it to court I moved out over a month and a half ago and am still getting no where If I could I would give this place a 0 star more ... hide ...

It used to be called the friendly west end Let me just say that the west end is very much alive and I really do like the new Garfield Square Apartments as I have a few friends living there monthly rent is like 30 of your income and right about there starts the west end of Duluth Now keep in mind this is an apartment structure and it requires a year lease and 2022-05-27T08:40:32Z
