Update 82418 Well new management did a bunch of upgrades so real nice but it is no longer a senior living space Theyll let anyone move in now and I mean anyone Ive seen the police out in the parking lot many times when I go to visit my mom I hear it is mostly domestic stuff and possibly a little bit of drug or alcohol related stuff which sometimes go hand in handnIn my opinion if your looking for a place for your older parent I would say look somewhere elsenI still think my mom is safe there but I wish she would movenShe says at my age whynI say because you have always wanted a balconynnMy 80 year old mother has lived in this apartment complex for well over 10 years and absolutely loves it however it is in need of some major upgrading old noonefficient toilets old cabinets and kitchen appliances etcnCurrently i am very disappointed to hear my mothers apartment thermostat currently is ready 56 degrees and the minimum heat requirement for this time of year is 65 degrees She had also asked a few times to have her ac unit coveted to help keep the cold out and after 4 days it still had not been addressed
