Management is filled with scam artists that play favorites and if your not the favorite then they constantly harass youThey removed the park and put in grill equipment that your not allowed to use Garages are a joke you are not allowed to even store a childs bike in a garage you pay extra for I wouldnt pay what they want to live in the slums

Nicole has made great strides in improving life at Dove Terrace I have lived here for almost 4 years and have seen many staff members come and go Nicole truly goes above and beyond for the tenants even when she was trying to help run Dove Tree she tried her best to be available for her tenants They are quick to make repairs when needed and alert residents of 2019-08-06T22:59:59Z

I moved in these apartments April 2020 I love my apartments the community the peace I stayed there for 4 mos On July 1st 2020 I got a knock on my door It was the maintenance man He asked me my name I told him He left and came back an hour later with a letter The letter stated that they had no proof of an application pay stubs no rent that had been paid Very confused I bring my proof to the office Initially they have no tenant ledger for me because technically I didnt live there The manager still proceeded to take another money order from me Upon moving in I worked with Ariel who was fired June 19 2020 for accepting cash and just doing things I dont think any company would tolerate The company wrote a letter to all the tenants about Ariel and how she was running things all wrong Speed up the story My mother my god sister and one of my friends had all given up deposits and first mos rent and where all expecting to move in June 1st no only did the company have to give them there money back because there were no apartments available they also decided to have them sign a NDA to get their money back I spoke to a lawyer and he told me to move out right away and file a claim I have spoke to a detective several times and he advised me that he had a excel spreadsheet of names of people that have the same exact story as mine Initially I was just mad at Ariel But the company was terrible I called their corporate office was hung up on and talked to as if I did something wrong The ladies in the elk river office couldnt do anything for me When I asked for my money back for the months that I illegally stayed in this apartment they told me they could not give it to me because I occupied the apartment Then I asked for a renters rebate so I can file with my taxes they could not provide me with one because I technically never lived there Worse experience of my life and to this day Im still trying to recover from such a big loss Personally dont have anything to say about this company Be advised more ... hide ...

If you have children and you cant get a 1st floor apartment do not even consider no matter how beautiful they look checking these out We were forced out of a 3 bedroom apartment for having small children who didnt sit on the couch all day and not move The people who lived there before us warned us they received several complaints we assumed they must be exaggerating or were disrespectfulwe were wrong Our children went to bed every night at 830 even on weekends We didnt dare have any company and we still got harassed over and over again I was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown every time one of my children would walk across the floor my blood pressure would rise The wood floors are gorgeous the apartments are spacious but its not worth any of it I am so thankful my boyfriend was able to purchase a townhome and we broke our lease early it was worth every penny These apartments should be family friendly they are sadly not more ... hide ...
