edit to add you say it is under control but from my understanding it is not Its been over a month and no one has checked my grandfathers floor or any of his friends on floor 2 Management is rarely in the office Its disturbing that its taking so long to resolvennBed bugs currently infesting the building No warning signs in the doors for visitors and theyre not taking the residents muchnMy grandfather lives here It was renovated by the new owners They dont care about their handicap residents Made the kitchen cupboards higher so those in wheelchairs can only use part of their shelving space Management is almost never in the office They took away the visitors parking Im here at a minimum twice a week to see my grandfather and i bring my children to see him Its extremely frustrating that they have a need but infestation and have NOT resolved the problem yet This should be your first priority I plan on contacting several agencies and the media if this isnt taken care of by next week more ... hide ...
