Had an AC problem in 100 degree weather and we called them 3 times and even sent my son to go tell them and now we have to go to sleep with no AC on Horrible service

Very disappointing place to have your parent live Very rude manager who acts like my mother is a pain Not oknThey also took all of the handicap parking away so that the condos next door could have more parking How can this even be legal
