This place seems to be a bit chaotic at times but my family has lived here for many years through the ups and this place is subsidized for those that need help with and it has plenty of parks for the kids to play on and in nearby location to schools

This place had two good thingsapartments were decent and rent was based on income I lived here for 3 12 years It took 3 years and several requests to get a screen for my bedroom window It took 8 weeks and a second maintenance request to get a leaky bathroom faucet fixed A known felon lived in one building and all the buildings smelled like pot I did not feel 2021-09-25T22:51:37Z

Let me start out by saying that the front desk staff was fantastic Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful When my mother clogged our toilet it was fixed within minutes of my alerting the staff Housekeepers were friendly but while a card in the room stated that bed linens would be changed every other day they werent The staff did however replace wet towels on a daily basis The room was pretty typical although the bathroom was VERY small with no hold bars by the tubshower I was glad that we were placed on the first floor because there was no elevator according to the front desk Breakfast was ok with the hot entrees changing daily The pool and hot tub were actually really great for this type of facility Overall I would stay here again although I would probably request an accessible room the next time to get a larger bathroom and hold bars more ... hide ...

after living here for 3 years i found out that the staff pick favorites and let some residents have free rent because they snicht on other resident if anyone move into this place watch out for a person named Kristina and Jennie every one else is nice the landlord is OK but she is ocd and want everything to be spotless like army style

The people are friendly Its kid friendly Just disappointed that when the summer comes theres no AC unless you get one professionally installed and finding a baby gate big enough for the top of stairs is very hard

I just moved in going on three months ago I really like it hereI like my apartment and the people here are nice It is nice and quiet too Oh and its located in a nice spot for shopping and close to a couple of pharmacies Pretty much all within walking distance

The caretakers were absolutely disgusting Jan and her husband Chuck were powertripping pigs He Chuck would often tell us that he uses corporal punishment on his kid He pretty much kept implying that we should be beating our toddler Our child was 3 years old at the time and has always been wellbehaved He got mad that our son TOUCHED the grass Keep in mind thi 2017-04-11T22:47:23Z
