This place seems to be a bit chaotic at times but my family has lived here for many years through the ups and this place is subsidized for those that need help with and it has plenty of parks for the kids to play on and in nearby location to schools

This place had two good thingsapartments were decent and rent was based on income I lived here for 3 12 years It took 3 years and several requests to get a screen for my bedroom window It took 8 weeks and a second maintenance request to get a leaky bathroom faucet fixed A known felon lived in one building and all the buildings smelled like pot I did not feel

I have been living here for three years now The maintenance staff is awesome and quick All utilities are included and the only thing you pay for is if you want TV or internet Laundry is on site You can have pets that are spayed or neutered cats and dogs The rental manager is very nice and if you have a concern it gets addressed My only negative is that no ma
