Neighborhood has changed for the worse Management doesnt follow up with noise complaints Package thefts caught on camera inside the building by guests of tenants have no consequences Maintenance does not properly fix anything you report as damaged or worn Took 7 months to get a kitchen counter replaced and spent a weekend without water because of a mistake made by maintenance once I finally was able to get a counter replacement Craziest part about it is they told me that the replacement was just taken out of a vacant apartment and moved into mine Seems like anything that needs to be fixed has some bigger underlying issue that needs to be addressed first One time we complained about someone that didnt live in the building coming inside behind people and following my wife around in the laundry room if she was doing laundry at night We were told that this person Was harmless and not to worry about it The fitness room has had the same broken equipment for over 2 years Laundry room always has 1 or 2 washers and dryers out of service Its not a welcoming place to livennRent is pretty cheap but you truly get what you pay for herenNot much
