I am sending this to let you know that Palmer Drive Apartments have been violation of the City of New Brighton ordinance concerning keeping the side walks clear What it says is that the following day they have from 800 am to 1200pm to clean off the sidewalks which they never do but threaten the residence that they HAVE to have their cars cleaned off by 1000 2014-02-17T19:55:40Z

I lived here 10 years ago and it was the same crap back then as everone is saying now some jerk on the 3rd floor had his stereo auto programmed to turn on FULL FRIGGING BLAST at 10pm EVERY DAY And the people were never home I always had to turn their power off with the circuit breaker in the laundry room I called the cops for the first week but the music nev 2011-07-17T04:19:49Z
