I am sending this to let you know that Palmer Drive Apartments have been violation of the City of New Brighton ordinance concerning keeping the side walks clear What it says is that the following day they have from 800 am to 1200pm to clean off the sidewalks which they never do but threaten the residence that they HAVE to have their cars cleaned off by 1000

I am sending this to let you know that Palmer Drive Apartments have been violation of the City of New Brighton ordinance concerning keeping the side walks clear What it says is that the following day they have from 800 am to 1200pm to clean off the sidewalks which they never do but threaten the residence that they HAVE to have their cars cleaned off by 1000 am or face a violation of their lease And many of them have fallen trying to get out to their cars to avoid this Something has to be done They need to be held accountable for this serious violation I have tried to talk to them but got nothing but attitude from them and next thing I know they are giving my parent a letter claiming they violated something on the lease or had a complaint brought to them by someone And never say who or what the complaint was

I lived here 10 years ago and it was the same crap back then as everone is saying now some jerk on the 3rd floor had his stereo auto programmed to turn on FULL FRIGGING BLAST at 10pm EVERY DAY And the people were never home I always had to turn their power off with the circuit breaker in the laundry room I called the cops for the first week but the music nev
