Do not live here I lived here for over four years and it was the worst The neighbors and community of others gets 5 stars The management of this building was terrible The building was owned by Sherman Associates then it was purchased by Bowman Properties they owned it for like a year maybe two Now it is owned by another company In many apartments there are windows that do not open fog up etc There are mice in many parts of the building the water is turned off so frequently for repairs you can send in a request for something to be done but it never is There is the allusion that they care when they really dont In my opinion also the current building manager Kari Hope does not seem to care about the residents I had asked her to fix things around my apartment and others had too but they didnt There was a meeting with the regional manager of the current managing company and she said that things eg windows would not be fixed until Spring Why would you need to open your windows in the winter I do not like living here Oh another thing There are many residents who pay market rate for a building that does not fix things when they go wrong cant take care of a mice problem and even after the former onsite manager Jim McClullen passed away under his management there was an immense amount of nepotism It is still happening People are getting brand new sinks counter tops windows etc and others are getting the shaft
