I am new here However I want to clarify here that this is a very nice apartment building If anyone who gripes translation tries to twist around what the management says about this great property thennI will gladly point them to where I lived in Miles City MontananTrust me anyone who doesnt appreciate Lakeside Manor can gonset up a home where I was charged a rent to the tune of 480 anmonthnAnd I didnt have the amenities that I like herelike annindoor mailbox a glass elevator a sitting area on my floor a nicenlaundry room cameras a secure key fob entrance and a localntransit bus that comes around to the door every hournThe management has worked very well with me and I look forwardnto conducting business with them well into the futurenThe view out of my large window is beautiful I have even seen anbald eagle soar over the lakenMy apartment includes newer appliances and a very nice airnconditioner My front door has a peep hole there is plenty ofnstorage space a fast flush toilet a deep large kitchen sink andnwall outlets that makes a difference toonMy apartment has been totally remodeled and well kept It is sonnice that it would even be worth the fair market rental price ButnI dont pay that amountnI am very very grateful and blessed to be here When I movedninto Lakeside Manor my living arrangement sure got an upgrade more ... hide ...

Not very understanding takes advantage of people in tough situations Would not recommendnnIf the manager was working hard with us she wouldve specified the deference between income restricted and income based As a person with mental disabilities I am not knowledge based and have certain impairments and the rent wasnt explained to me until last minute for which I was assumed would lower due to the income restrictions Hence I currently live in a building that is income based and I only got into because of my mental disabilities I only live off of the government with 200 a month to work with and I am currently only on ebt for food You couldve taken the route per lawyer that wouldnt charge us and just take our deposit but you wanted to charge us something that we cant even physically afford So no she is not understanding and I will never recommend this place to anyone else more ... hide ...
