Ive lived here for 3 years now and the place is great Its one of the lowest rent prices in the area for the quality you get seriously this isnt one of those cheaply made paper thin walls fake luxury buildings Its very well built classic and clean design spacious units with great features central air and heat patio or balcony WD in every unit a perk worth its weight in gold granite counter tops kitchen island large oval tubsnThe amenities are not grand or numerous but there is a fitness center package room controlled access party room and fully stocked car wash station Underground heated parking and storage lockers are available for an extra feenRight across the street from Richfield Lake which is a very nice walk Lakewinds coop and two blocks from Wood Lake Nature PreservenBuilding is very well maintained by Mark and Missy and the building is also quiet with friendly tenants Maintenance responds very quickly to any issues though they dont happen oftennThey seem to cycle through property managers pretty quickly but theres rarely a need to interact with them Emma now has been consistent and good Mark and Missy really make this place tick though Mark does annual inspections and cleanings of HVAC units to be sure everything is in top working order at all times Underground parking garage also gets a professional deep cleaning annuallynParking can be an issue around here occasionally but thats not the fault of Lyndale Plaza Its definitely a city issue and how they restrict street parking Get underground parking which are assigned spaces and youll never have an issuenHard to get viewings because people rarely move out and available units dont come up oftennIf youre interested and a unit comes up jump on it
