Honestly this place deserves 5 stars but I just cant do 5 as I cannot justify whosever decision it was to build this place without balconies This place is clean and quiet The neighbors are nice enough when passing them in the hall The price is by far the highest out of all other apartment options in Roseau Other apartments have private entrance This one is s
