I really cant speak to the validity of the previous negative review Maybe that resident did experience these things I dont know and its none of my business But you might want to take that review with a grain of salt if youre considering moving in here What I can say is that my experience with maintenance and management in the past 3 years has been significantly different than the description in that review Kristen and Lera before her have been nothing but the paragon of professionalism Ive had zero issues with them You get the feeling that she genuinely cares about keeping Waterford Commons a great place to live From what Ive seen Pat does a great job in maintenance Ive never had a issue that went longer that 24 hours without being resolved These are some the main reasons why I keep renewing my lease
