I recently sold my house on LaSalle mn Watonwan County because of the poor dishonest treatment I have received from watonwan county human services Jody Halverson to be specificnThrough this process she told me that I had months to reduce my assets from the sale of my house before it impacts my benefits this was innocorect informationnShe fraudulently gave me information that is not true I needed to be under asset at the beginning of each month Its her job to give me correct information about the programs I am on and asset limits etc She has been trying to get me off of programs I qualify for since she became my caseworkernAnd unfortunately she has got a state employee John P who oversees the MSA program assisting her in this deception making him an accessory to fraudnThey even went as far as to count money I literally did not have in my position as a capital gain asset to determine I was over income and kicked me off of a programnThis has got to be fraudulent and illegal behavior They literally made up a dollar amount over the dollar amount I was given at closing And claimed it as money income I literally did not have that much money My possession at any time They did this without any documenting or request for documenting informationnMy experience with Watonwan human services is They act fraudulently and with prejudiced against people with disabilities that they dont understand more ... hide ...
