I would recommend this place to no one I lived here for almost 5 years and move because they acquired mice and roaches There is a new apartment manager every couple of months Maintenance isnt very good The people in the office are rude and dont care about the residents The trash is always overflowing out back causing squirrels to have a field day They allow 2021-01-23T08:58:39Z
I would recommend this place to no one I lived here for almost 5 years and move because they acquired mice and roaches There is a new apartment manager every couple of months Maintenance isnt very good The people in the office are rude and dont care about the residents The trash is always overflowing out back causing squirrels to have a field day They allow homeless to live in the stairwells and urinate up and down the stairwells and the smell of urine is so strong your stomach will turn The grounds are unkept and the smoke alarms are so sensitive that they go off for anything They will apply lies to swindle you out of your deposit and charge you for normal ware and tear Avoid this place at all costs There are so much better low income housing out there Save yourself the headache of dealing with premier properties You will find yourself taking them to court to get your deposit back for sure more ... hide ...

I currently live here been here a little less than a yr If you have no proof of my residency here is because I am not using my full first and last name or emailCause I still reside here this is more of a warning to people that are like us and want a better place to live we moved from mpls because we wanted a more family friendly space also the in unit washer and drier sold us We paid cheaper rent there and never had an issue I had no idea this place received section 8 or what that meant Never lived in a place that takes that but now I see why people hate it Our car was broken into last year within the first 4 months of residing here We also had a bike stolen from inside the garages bike rack Management did nothing but say we will review camera footage everytime i asked they said we are still reviewing it which tbh some neighbors and I dont think cameras work There is new management but they dont seem to do more than posts signs saying they will stop things if people dont follow the rules ie trash shutes get clogged and gross neighbors just leave their trash on the floor instead of fining the perpetrators they just put a sign saying they would close down the shute if people dont stop doing that While living here i have witnessed a drug dealer get arrested Cps banging on a neighbors door couplesfamilies fightingpartying until really late Drug usage Some neighbors that have lived here longterm promised me it wasnt like that few yrs back but some section 8 tenants just make life hell management could careless because they dont have to live here We tried calling the old management hq to voice our concerns which was just another bldg in minnetonka honestly we felt mocked All they said was ohhh no that sounds bad They just come here and pretend to care and never do anything more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 4 years and I have liked it a lot The difficulties with the new management seems to have been resolved as another company took over The residents are warm and friendly It is centrally located near Como Lake I like my apartment too Eat in kitchen plenty of storage etc

The staff at River Crossing lack basic respect and communication skills This was most apparent after our air conditioning broke as it took almost two weeks for it to be fixed During this time temperatures rose to 82 degrees in apartment which did not alarm the staff whatsoever After assuring us that this was an urgent matter we never heard from staff again u 2021-08-27T12:41:59Z
The staff at River Crossing lack basic respect and communication skills This was most apparent after our air conditioning broke as it took almost two weeks for it to be fixed During this time temperatures rose to 82 degrees in apartment which did not alarm the staff whatsoever After assuring us that this was an urgent matter we never heard from staff again unless we were the ones to reach out to them It took threatening to take legal action for the staff to take our requests seriously For whatever reason the staff has an extremely difficult time providing basic maintenance for the amenities that are included in their leasesnnAs with similar reviews calling the leasing office is almost never successful when you have a problem as they rarely answer the phone The amount of miscommunication between staff members is astounding considering they all work within fifty feet of each other in the office When you do finally get ahold of someone you are greeted by rehearsed responses no matter what concern you are raising This is both unprofessional and impersonal in the way that they do businessnnThe workout room is outdated People steal the free weights so including those in a workout isnt an option Additionally at any given time there are children sitting on the work out machines watching TV If you are encouraged by this included experience dont bennThe parking garage is a complete waste of money The entranceexit doors are always broken and I have consistently found other cars andor items in my parking spot This makes me feel incredibly unsafe in this space that is supposed to be more secured that parking on the streetnnOverall this complex is dirty the staff is lackadaisical in their efforts to help you and it is simply not worth your time or money If I could give this place zero stars I would DO NOT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...
