Ive lived at Schmidt for nearly 6 years now in 2 different units and have no plans of leaving anytime soon The building itself is amazing so much history very cool spaces and lots of amenities for residents Price is decent for the space we get Apartment city living can be crazy but my unit is quiet and my neighbors are respectful The staff are super friendly

Ive lived at Schmidt for nearly 6 years now in 2 different units and have no plans of leaving anytime soon The building itself is amazing so much history very cool spaces and lots of amenities for residents Price is decent for the space we get Apartment city living can be crazy but my unit is quiet and my neighbors are respectful The staff are super friendly and helpful the maintenance team is always quick about fixing any issues that come up In any large group of people there can be those who like to cause drama and stir the pot but the staff handles it and they do a great job ensuring our home is taken care of Both Jeannine and Cindy go above and beyond to help residents especially during these times of uncertainty and stress in covid times and I think that needs to be commended 5 stars to Schmidt and the whole team

My 2 Bedroom atop Shanghai Towers left remarkable memories in only a few short months But it wasnt until I nearly moved to a lesser Communetype Socialite Villa that I learned theyd also throw in Underground Parking with a upgrade to a full bath and a half Please use this as a quiet tip so to many people dont spoil the rates

I moved into this apartment complex in 2019 with my two grandchildren aged seven and nine The staff have been extremely welcoming and kind to us since our arrival The maintenance guy Ed sure knows his way around a toilet He fixes our problems as soon as I report it He is efficient and a hard worker The apartment manager Terry has been very welcoming and kind
