Lets start off with that one star was overdoing it It wouldnt let me choose less than one starnIt will be almost 100 degrees for the next 5 days Living her at Evergreen they just made a rule our little ones cant use pools on the property although we were allowed to for several years They posted a notice on all residents doors that they will no longer be renting out the handles for the faucets that provide water and no more pool use If you ask my opinion in which Im entitled too since this is a review this is ridiculous and just plain lazy of them not to mention most residents believe Evergreen is just worried about the water billnnThey need to be worried about these SEVERE POTHOLES that are tearing the hell out of our autos and a lawsuit instead of worrying about petty things that will eventually lead to most good residents finding elsewhere to reside where you can pay rent AND your entitled to relax and take out a pool for your toddlers once in a while possibly burn your firepit or maybe even relax in your kitchen without 1000 colonies of ants piling up for the kill everytime you drop a partial potatoe chip on the floornnDONT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE NORMAL LIFESTYLE AFTER A HARD DAY ON THE JOB THEY HAVE YOU PAYING RENT WITHOUT THE ENJOYMENT OF YOUR UNIT THEY ACT LIKE THESE ARE LUXURY TOWNHOMES THE LUXURY TOWNHOMES AND OR HOUSES MOST PEOPLE HAVE LIVED IN DONT HAVE THESE MANY RISTRICTIONS NOT TO MENTION THE UNDESIRABLE HOUSING SUBSIDY TENANTS THEY HAVE CARRYING ON WITH POLICE BASICALLY LIVING ONSITEIM MOVING AS SOON AS I GET A CHANCE Also I noticed after reading these other reviews that after a resident makes a review on here the owner will pop on in reviews and want the resident to contact them or claim our names are not familiar Why would we leave our names or contact Evergreen so they can evict us or give us a bad reference for leaving a review more ... hide ...

This is by far the worst place Ive ever lived Property manager up and left had no one to call for months The new one is never in Theyre trying to leave mold in the foundation of the building and just patch up our walls Not replace carpet after flooding just dry it Have had leaking ceilings for months They simply dont care because they live there do not recom 2021-07-26T17:02:27Z
