Im pretty sure the reviews that are good have been asked to do so Ive been here a year and a half There are cockroach infestations no working washer or dryers the secured entry is always broken continuous car vandalism the water that comes from the faucets are pure metal debris They will not fix anything because they dont want to out the money into it My t

Im pretty sure the reviews that are good have been asked to do so Ive been here a year and a half There are cockroach infestations no working washer or dryers the secured entry is always broken continuous car vandalism the water that comes from the faucets are pure metal debris They will not fix anything because they dont want to out the money into it My tub is disgusting and has black mold that I continuously have to clean with bleach My stove doesnt work the garbage is always over flowed into the parking lot People fight and there are always cops here for domestics Children under the age of 10 roam around without parents I could continue but I wont This is not to bash the management but more so to warn people that this is not the kind of place you want to live I will be moving soon I resigned a year lease 6 months into my lease so I could have a summer move out instead of a winter move out That is the only reason Im still here

I was going to hold off on a review but this one is necessary The reviews still hold up management is horrible she might as well hiss at you anytime you ask anything of her if shes ever there They have a cockroach problem the small ones coming out of the drains Wasps come back every spring but they cant do anything because theyre in the walls unless you like

I was going to hold off on a review but this one is necessary The reviews still hold up management is horrible she might as well hiss at you anytime you ask anything of her if shes ever there They have a cockroach problem the small ones coming out of the drains Wasps come back every spring but they cant do anything because theyre in the walls unless you like killing insects Cars always speed up the street and in the parking lot People constantly smoke outside the building so you have to close windows On few occasions drunks come up and fight from the bar down the street Rent goes up every year on lease renewal Management ultimately doesnt care about people there Yes the area is decent and has everything from parks and shopping But your money can buy you much better elsewhere
