Im not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I have lived at Germain Towers for two years and have no complaintsnI had one incident with a neighbor and management took care of it pretty fastnIf renters are doing drugs or breaking the lease in some way they get kicked out Some residents grumble and complain the common areas arent vacuumed and cleaned e

I was only visiting and I dont believe Ill be going back The buildings are in disrepair dirty and smelled bad When I went back out side soneone was looking into my car Not real good there management
