Landlord is very rude but pretends to be really nice Will bring up pasttenants behavior with you if they feel like youre being rude Will charge you and overcharge you for everything and anything regardless of legality The property company who owns the place will never work with you Ive called them many times about the landlord and asked many questions about 2018-07-15T06:31:26Z
Landlord is very rude but pretends to be really nice Will bring up pasttenants behavior with you if they feel like youre being rude Will charge you and overcharge you for everything and anything regardless of legality The property company who owns the place will never work with you Ive called them many times about the landlord and asked many questions about pests and broken appliances but I never got anything back Oh and i hope you like constantly being passive aggressively threatened about eviction Also apparently some of the deposits you give them are just nonrefundable Which defeats the purpose of the concept of a deposit Aaaaandddd dont try to have roommates while living here They will address only one person in the house and everyone else gets to be clueless and considered incompetent Pests Pests Pests Mosquitos flies bugs wasps you name it Anything with wings crawls those places They dont fix the outer layers of the house to prevent the bugs from getting in but they dont take care of the bugs either So have fun living here They wont renew our lease because we had to threaten to sue just to get our oven fixed TWICE more ... hide ...

As far as low income housing goes it is the best place Ive experienced or heard of in this areanThey have 12 and 3 bedroom townhomes with 1 bathroom each Your own entry and screenpatio doors no washer and dryer in unit but laundry is available in the laundry room on property there are 2 park playgrounds for kids to play on each person gets their own garage 2019-10-16T19:05:03Z
As far as low income housing goes it is the best place Ive experienced or heard of in this areanThey have 12 and 3 bedroom townhomes with 1 bathroom each Your own entry and screenpatio doors no washer and dryer in unit but laundry is available in the laundry room on property there are 2 park playgrounds for kids to play on each person gets their own garage decent closets manager does not live here though so limited time with them supervising Thats about all I can think of for now except They now are starting to renovate any of the townhomes that open up into full market rent ones which i dont care for muchwell and being that its HUD housing they have alot of rules and are quite strict on them I was on the waiting list for 3 years before I came to the top of the list and was offered an apartment more ... hide ...

Ben living in the cottages for about a year now I my girlfriend and brother live with me and we have all herd it the neighbors are allways yelling there are so many bugs and spiders in my house I cant get ride of them everyone around here is a crab and will complain every chance they get management really sucks they will half ass fix anything and call it go 2016-05-12T01:16:13Z

I lived there between 20082011 and the apartments had their own furnace and washer and dryer inside the apt which was nice I had a 2 bedroom A woman named Deb Was the manager and I heard from other tenants that Deb was known for not giving damage deposits back 500 is a lot of money so I made sure to clean and take pics of everything I cleaned but I forgot 2021-10-29T01:19:50Z
