Management has changed the time in the last two years but the new management seems more determined to keep her job She tells you how it is and how it is not going to be Which you cant get mad at The community is beautiful They make an effort to keep it up And since the new management the maintenance staff has been on there A game If you love kids there is a park which every kid the complex will be standing in front of in the evenings so please drive slow We didnt go out to the park much when we lived out there due to the kids but to each his own There is a pool and volley ball court never in use it would be better if they took out all that sand and put a basketball court there instead There are a few activities for the community But not as many as the previous management Win some you lose some At the end of the day this is a great income restricted residence to get you on your feet and start saving No big dogs like pits or dangerous animals Water is paid in addition to your rent And electric is Singing River more ... hide ...

From my 2 year experience with park of Lemoyne it is not worth living there Tracy is a liar and a cheat I couldnt get nothing fixed Force to use a stove that was a fire hazard amongst other things I left that apt on Oct 26 2020 Tracy came up to me asked me if I was moving told her yes cause I did not feel safe there anymore Amongst 6 witnesses heard me tell 2021-03-18T23:47:10Z
