This is one of the WORST places to live in Jackson They use to be a bargain exchanged for dirty neighbors and the occasional disturbance now they are just unbearable Now the rent goes up without any renovations being done to the only apartments The apartments have no lights in bed living room the appliances only work my refrigerator door has tape on it There is paint splattered everywhere it shouldnt be and nothing is ever fixed properly The walls are extremely thin and can hear everything from the next apartments The gate is always opened on at least one side and everyones care has been broken into But they claim to have security and a curtsey officer that is never seennThe office staff continuously changes and get worst by the second The new manager is unprofessional and rude They focus more on getting new tenants than keeping the one they have I complained about my apartment almost burning down due to wiring problems a month ago and no one has seen about it yet They dont care about the safety of their tenants nor how comfortable you are They renovate apartment from 7amlate at night as if no one has to worknnDONT RENT HERE THESE IDIOTS DESEREVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS more ... hide ...
