Wont fix locks so tenants can enter their apartments They allow tenants to be exposed to mold and mildew due to old pipes leaking and roof leaks entering the HVAC vents Along with plumbing is done by inexperienced employees and leaves work area dirty Low water pressure Landlord doesnt care to get repairs fixed in a timely matter Over 2 years and issues still

There is standing water that is destroying the entire Apartment 314 where I live which is connected to the sidewalk and will not go underground It smells extremely terrible and this needs fixing because I cant sleep in my bedroom and I have to sleep in in the living room This problem needs to be fixed right now or else you need to grant me another apartment
