Terrible management No communication between managers I was going to move in here and thank goodness I didnt The ladies in the office were extremely pushy to get me to move in and wanted me to sign paper work before even checking to see if my apartment was ready Thank goodness I checked the unit before even thinking about signing anything The apartment was destroyed and they didnt even checked to see if it was ready but assured me it was ready just to get me in there asap My major concerns were the carpets being changed and they promised me the carpets would be changed numerous times but they werent They had stains everywhere and after assuring me all carpets are replaced when a tenant moves out they told me they never said that One of the ladies in the office her name is DEEDEE screamed at my boyfriend and I when we called them out on lying to us about changing the carpets Extremely unprofessional management more ... hide ...

My parents live there for years its Very Nice Clean Apartment Complex inside and The Groundsn Yet the New Management Could Be Friendlier to the Tenants Guests And Also Minimize their authority by being less repromanding of the tenants as if the tenants lived in a college dorm and ordered the tenants around Rather than a Retirement Home

I will say I do not live there but if the manager is still Sharon very nice person with her family I have had friends live there and they loved it They cater to your needs and the area is great for living close to everything great for seniors and elderlies

This is a great community The management team goes over and beyond for you I have never had a problem in the years I have lived here and maintenance is fastreliable The homes are nice and comfortable Comes with washer and dryer and spacious closets
