I have been coming over here at Philadelphia Apartments for the past 2weeks calling every day There is no one in the office to answer the phone and no one is there at the Philadelphia location ever Do anyone know a number that I can call other than the one on the site because this ridiculous How can I get an application or get started with trying to get an apartment if no one is ever there during the office hours thats on the door If this is a job that the manager cant do by not being available then she does not need to be over these apartments I shouldnt have to go to newton or the noxapater office for an application when I live right here in town Someone please give me some information so I can talk to someone about this matter more ... hide ...

The manager is a good one The main maintenance man Dennis can fix his attitude but all around great apartment complex Would really recommend

Dont run afoul of office management or you face evictionthe office manager will throw you under the buss to make herself look better The owners have little to no concern for the property and it is nearly impossible to get anything fixed Those who complain are subject to eviction
