I was asked to go look at this apartment complex for a family member who is moving back from Florida I was in total shock of the condition of this complex it was so trashed on the outside that I didnt even bother looking at the inside This place is complete trash

We have really loved living in our townhouse here Kathy and Heather have been a dream to work with and have been so attentive to our needs On the few occasions where we have had an issue with our unit arise like a window needing resealing in one area a screw gone missing on an appliance etc the maintenance team has not only responded within hours of the notice but typically RESOLVE the issue by the end of the day Factor in how completely ideal this location is 2 minutes to Chickfila 4 minutes to a Walmart Supercenter and 30 seconds to Smoothie King but its also highly affordable The internet and cable rolled into rent makes this area a real steal of deal Were sad to say goodbye to our little townhouse here but now we know where to refer anyone looking for a cozy affordable place to live in Joplin more ... hide ...
