Some of the worst apartments ever If you can stay away My family and I just moved after staying here for two years The first year was wonderful besides the pool being closed all of the time Well the second year there was a list of things that went wrongn1 Our rent went up a 100n2 Roaches So many roaches We bombed 2 times and nothing The roaches were so bad I 2016-08-11T15:07:31Z
Some of the worst apartments ever If you can stay away My family and I just moved after staying here for two years The first year was wonderful besides the pool being closed all of the time Well the second year there was a list of things that went wrongn1 Our rent went up a 100n2 Roaches So many roaches We bombed 2 times and nothing The roaches were so bad I seen one outside on the stairsn3 Maintenance never comes when you put in a repair and when they do show up you will have the exact same problem Our drawer in the kitchen kept falling out maintenance came to fix it over 3 times and when we moved out it was still broken Also the wall in our kitchen was falling apart One of the bedroom doors came off again they came to fix it about 3 times and still the door came off The only thing they fixed and actually stayed together was the mater bedroom walk in closet but they came and fixed it a few timesn4 Management The management is horrible Tracy who is Manager is never really around Ive only seen her about 10 times total Connie the assistant manager who is always around she lives in the apartments is very rude She will curse your children out and yes I understand the children misbehave She and Tracy make up their own rulesn5 The pool is always closed Both years that we have lived there the pool has opened late date wise and closed early date wise And it is the same with time they open the pool up when they feel like it and close the pool when they feel like itn6 Insulation The mater bedroom has a huge walk in closet yes it was huge but it was not insulated very well in the winter it would be freezing cold in there Also mold grows in the windows we informed management and they us to clean it with bleach and of course we had already did that that and of course it came back Also one of the windows in the bedroom did not have a screen on it from the time we moved in to the time we moved outn7 Property owners I have called Orion Property management and left multiple voicemail over a month and I have received no returned callsnnIf you can avoid staying here please do more ... hide ...

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DONT BE SORRYn1 Meanest most dishonest most careless worst attitude office people I could ever imagine We arrived at the apartment luggages and a 7month baby around 12 but they said it will be ready after 3 PM and they even did not let us sit inside the office My wife and my 7month baby had to wait outside in the sun for 3 hours But the apartment should have been ready in the morning as I paid rent for that day but we did not receive the apartment until 3 PMn2 All buildings have very bad ventilation system other tenants in my building smoke MARIUANA from early morning to midnight and all the smell come to our apartment from Air conditioning systems I ended up blocking all the ventilation with tape and we are living without AC in 100 F Now we including my 7month baby are being passive MARIUANA SMOKERS I complained in the office but these people dont do anything other than playing with their cell phone DO NOT RENT APARTMENT HERE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO BE PASSIVE MARIUANA SMOKERS After 4 days I sent my family to my mom in VA I will rent another place next month and bring them heren3 While I talked them and confirmed for short term lease but after signing the contact form I found that they made the contact for 1 year and now I will have to pay early termination fee just because I trusted these lairsn4 Dirtiest filthiest ugliest apartment I have ever seen May items are broken water leakage from toilet flush all closet doors are falling apart balcony is not usable water blockage on all basins I complained multiple time they kind of ignored me and kept playing with their cell phone more ... hide ...
