It was mice infestation over there I just moved from there last year a mouse was in my place the 2nd week it was a nightmare from therennIt took me a while to write I still have flashbacksnnI give a negative 100nnI was traumatizedI have a whole papertrail of complaints even had the CityHealth Department come out and they found old mouse evidence everywherennThe neighbors over told me they had saw 20 mice and their place was kept in bad condition their blinds were tore up and according to pest control and maintenancennThe property manager didnt do housekeeping checks people blinds wereare tore up over there and they have clutter on their back porchesnnIt has declined over the yearsnnI was forced to move out the mice started downstairs then came upstairs I considered them aggressive micennNo one did anything out the way to accommodate mennThe mice were traveling from other units no matter how you kept up your place its infested and needs to be tore downnnMy place was clean I have all kind of pictures and video and maintenance and pest control can vouch for thatnnThats one of the neighbors blinds its several of them like thatnnBEWAREnnTrichelle said shell follow up with me and never did Although I have documentation of my experience more ... hide ...

DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS APARTMENT I applied back in April and here I am over a month later and they still havent told me if Im approved or denied No one will answer my emails or phone calls I reached out to the leasing agent almost once a week requesting a status update After waiting over 2 weeks for an update they blamed the wait on my current management comp 2019-06-04T22:05:17Z
DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS APARTMENT I applied back in April and here I am over a month later and they still havent told me if Im approved or denied No one will answer my emails or phone calls I reached out to the leasing agent almost once a week requesting a status update After waiting over 2 weeks for an update they blamed the wait on my current management company not verifying my housing so I gave them emails fax numbers and more phone numbers to reach my current buildings management Havent heard from them since Ive now had to scramble and sign a lease some where else because I was afraid I was about to become homeless Insanely unprofessional and honestly seems like its illegal or at least should be to tell someone their move in date apartment number take their money for a security deposit and app fee and then lead them on for a month and never let them know if theyre approved or denied I feel like I should get my security deposit refunded My next step is to figure out how to report them to the city theyre government subsidized housing though so not sure if the city will help or the BBB more ... hide ...
