After looking at the reviews I had to leave a review Ive lived here in pbl for about six months now I havent experienced any of the issues that have been said Ive never seen not one homeless person what so ever roaming the hallways or anywhere Its a locked building the maintenance guys are awesome Any repairs are taken care of extremely quickly The manageme 2019-09-07T17:22:33Z
After looking at the reviews I had to leave a review Ive lived here in pbl for about six months now I havent experienced any of the issues that have been said Ive never seen not one homeless person what so ever roaming the hallways or anywhere Its a locked building the maintenance guys are awesome Any repairs are taken care of extremely quickly The management has changed over once since I have lived here which is a bummer because the prior manager knew me by first name and that I was great to feel that I was a resident and not just a rent payment Now this is in the downtown area of the city and yes there is some homeless downtown but not in or around the building I love the area I no longer can drive so being so close to public transportation is the best Within walking distance to power and light district the free light rail to river market and close to most major banks how can one complain Decent price for a good size downtown loft with many amenities more ... hide ...

The one time I went there to pick up a friend and there was a large commotion and then go to fire so its definitely not a great area

they have new management but not sure about them I lived here in 2020 and they were awful the units are awesomemaintenance was awesome But I lost my job and had some huge expenses catch up to me and they had NO SYMPATHY to late rentsolutionsor letting me out of the leasennIt was awful And when I moved out they still billed me for months of back rent Th 2022-06-29T11:24:18Z

Nowhere is perfect but this place is livable and its very affordable if you have nowhere else to go you are welcome to get an application and turn it in and the manager will do everything in hisher power to get you in so feel free to check it out for yourself I dont mind it here just be to yourself and dont get carried away with getting to know anybody its n 2021-06-22T01:26:12Z
