Been waiting 3 months to get something fix at my apartment still waiting I been faithfully paying rent on timeoffice always closedthey got money and time to do some remodeling as far as outside lights but dont have the time to fix the problem the I have at my apartmenti cant wait til my lease is over this place its a joke not good at allthey need new staffs 2019-03-01T15:47:37Z

My wife and I have lived here a year and have been happy so farnThe management Tammy is great and so is the maintenance guy IkennIf youve lucky enough to move here its by far one of the cleanest and best places in this part of town you can get for that pricennThe only problems weve had have been noise issues with upstairs neighbors or broken dryer machines Some neighbors are weird while most are friendlynIve had to call security and 911 on neighbors that were being abusive and very loud Im pretty sure one guy was beating up his girlfriendnnOne time a dryer burnt out and the lobby was filled with smoke and I kept telling other residents but nobody seemed to care I had to call the fire departmentnnYou only pay for electricity and your own internet Our electric bill was really high in early winter so we taped up our windows and got curtains its a 100 year old building with lots of windowsnThats about it reallynnOverall a good place I recommend itnnSince I wrote this Tammy the manager got beaten up by a resigned and she resigned To be honest theres a lot of residents that are trashy drug addicts We left and bought a house in Wichita for that reasonnIts a great apartment but its not in a safe part of town and you will have sketchy neighbors more ... hide ...

I use to stay here like 2 years ago thankfully I moved its terrible they have bed bugs people constantly shooting maintenance never came in to fix anything I was with out heat in the winter for 3 days look the other way if you need somewhere to stay

No longer recommend Hyde Park Auto I have referred family friends to them Theyve done a few oil changes for me some work on my steering column But 73021 I went in for an oil change everything was the same as usual 827 as Im driving down the highway my car oil pressure light starts to flicker then after doing that 56 times the light stayed on then immediate 2021-09-13T13:28:15Z
No longer recommend Hyde Park Auto I have referred family friends to them Theyve done a few oil changes for me some work on my steering column But 73021 I went in for an oil change everything was the same as usual 827 as Im driving down the highway my car oil pressure light starts to flicker then after doing that 56 times the light stayed on then immediately after my check engine light came on so did the battery light My car stalleddied out as I was on the exit ramp When the tow truck hooked my car up you could see oil leaking then I look under the car see the drain cover is completely missing I understand mistakes happen people sometimes miss things so I went in with that understanding mindset But when I took the car back the owner TOM says this is not how I planned on starting my Monday morning well get to this car when we can Seriously Until today I had never received anything other than exceptional customer service You would think an owners initial reaction to completely screwing up your car from a ROUTINE OIL CHANGE wouldnt have been that In the end he offered to reimburse me for rentalUberLyft while they replaced the motor this took all of a week Fast forward a week later after getting my car back the check engine light is on again my car is riding the same way it did when it broke down the first time the fixed it Even when taking it back today still received that same horrible customer service from TOM Save yourself your car your time just go somewhere else more ... hide ...
