went in to check on getting an application three days in a row the doors are locked from 1130 to 1 do tax payers actually pay them to take 15hr lunchREALLY Then after finally waiting in the parking lot till 1 i actually got in and talked to a lady named Theresa about filling out an application She told me that it takes six months to be processed and it would be a waist of my time Thats a hard lie to believe after i told her i was friends with some of her family that lived their she readily gave me an application AGAIN REALLY I can say they seem to want to rush and get me out of their offices especially after i mentioned seeing Facebook up her Theresa computer Then the boss came into her office and decided to tell me i was close to getting my application declined for good i asked what her name was and she told me i needed to leave Are they really being payed to threaten people REALLY Somebody is not paying attention to these ladys like they should be more ... hide ...

wonderful place for anyone with kids pets or just yourself Very quite everything is fixed right away loved this place so much Everyone here is is so friendly

Ive lived here since December of 2017 Manager is great Maintenance is great Only issues Ive had living here is some residents dont follow the rules Be very selective of who you befriend and dont allow yourself to be caught up in the drama with certain ones Im not saying anyone is a bad person but there are some who breathe drama I stayed to myself most of th 2020-12-10T21:06:06Z

Dont waste your time renting from here A little over a month ago we started to find mold on things in our house in all the bedrooms We called the property manager to tell her and she said she told us to fill out an incident report but dont write that we found moldobviously I did anyways They sent maintenance in to look and couldnt find the source and decided 2019-10-11T20:23:24Z
Dont waste your time renting from here A little over a month ago we started to find mold on things in our house in all the bedrooms We called the property manager to tell her and she said she told us to fill out an incident report but dont write that we found moldobviously I did anyways They sent maintenance in to look and couldnt find the source and decided to just send someone out to clean the air ducts Whatever may help we thought Henderson heating and cooling came in and they found mold in our hot water heater closet like a lot of black mold Our property manager asked if she could set up a time to spray it with bleach and paint over it I honestly didnt want to do that because thats clearly not going to fix the problem when you can see that walls are still wet from whatever is causing the mold I tried to call the corporate office today and they took a message for her boss and said they would call me back not even 2 hours later maintenance shows up at the door he asks to see the situation we have in the closet so I let him in and next thing you know hes spraying straight bleach on it No heads up nothing and I have kids in the house Not to mention I have asthma and get severe migraines and I never clean with bleach especially straight bleach I AM so furious We also found out that the neighbor in the connecting duplex has mold all in her house as well that shes been saying something about for a while and they have yet to do anything They raise the prices and are suppose to be taking out carpets and putting in flooring and have yet to do that either sketchy people Dont care about there tenants Dont waste your time more ... hide ...

Reasonable rates they try to help you it is an older facility but still a pretty good place
