I lived on the property for 5 years I have seen several sets of managers come and go All in all my experience was good until the rates started to increase after the sale of the property I was then told before I was going to sign my renewal that the owners were going to bring the rent up to the going price of the area I said you will lose most of these reside 2022-10-02T18:19:17Z
I lived on the property for 5 years I have seen several sets of managers come and go All in all my experience was good until the rates started to increase after the sale of the property I was then told before I was going to sign my renewal that the owners were going to bring the rent up to the going price of the area I said you will lose most of these residents due to fixed incomes That caused me to NOT renew my lease When I went to give notice a gal working the front desk wasnt sure what to do so she got up and walked to the pool area where the manager and Asst manager were smoking She told them I was asking to give notice and I heard the manager say Tell her I will call her tomorrow That didnt sit well as I was standing there I walked outside and of course surprised both managers I felt they didnt have time for me and would rather be outside smoking then taking care of business Another reason why I did NOT renew The noise from the kids who are allowed to run crazy anytime they want is ridiculous The lack of respect towards adults is even worsenAgain my first 4 years were great but the last year was enough to cause me to look somewhere else to live Maintenance are GREAT more ... hide ...
