I have never even heard this story John Whitlock is talking about Seems a little strange because we would never have anyones information to run a credit or criminal report without them filling out an application Mr Maxwell if you remember the problem was that your check wasnt signed and the bank called me and asked for me to get you to bring in a new check You brought me a new check and the bank still processed your unsigned check though they told me they would not As soon as I found out that had happened I called you That was an unfortunate mistake and I am sincerely sorry that it had happened As far as the carpet I dont assess carpeting An outside carpet cleaning company comes in and tells me the condition of the carpeting and whether they can clean it or if I need to replace it If the carpeting could have been cleaned the cleaning company would rather make the money from cleaning it instead of saying it needs replaced Yes your apartment was clean and there were no cleaning charges for your account I apologize if you werent happy with the results You were a great tenant and we wish you nothing but success in your future more ... hide ...
