I lived here with my girlfriend from March 2020 to the end of November 2021 Despite never being a formal tenant not listed on the lease the leasing office contacted me when trying to reach my girlfriendnnWhile living there I saw at least 4 tenants in our building come and go likely for the same reasons Ill mention shortlynnCockroaches were a common sight in the kitchen and occasional throughout the rest of the apartment in the beginning but were easily kept at bay with traps and sterilizers by the end Bed bugs arrived shortly after another tenant in August 2020 and after reporting it to the Property Manager and temporarily moving to my parents to give them enough time and space for a professional treatment nothing was ever done When we returned we bombed the apartment for a short reprive but they came back with a vengeance and would only be gone for a week or two after bombing sessionsnnA current tenant and a former tenant tried to come into the apartment and we had to call the police to keep them from breaking down the door to get in Thankfully the Breckenridge Hills Police Department is very close and had good response times whenever we needed to call themnnAnother reviewer mentioned a homeless man sleeping in the hall and it is completely true I saw him many times and there was another one that would sleep on the stairs from time to time After speaking with the man in the hallway he never returned while we were therennFor 580month I didnt expect a lot only the base essentials a clean and safe place to live and that wasnt the case I would recommend highly against living here
