Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had with a apartment complex I mean holy cow was this bad Ive lived on Ingram mill and far north side and both of those places were better maintained and better managed then BoonvillenLofts If you have any self respect you will not move in here Management is god awful The one person they have running this place is completely clueless to everything that is going on never in the office so when you do have a issue they are impossible to get a hold of The maintenance number on the door is for the old maintenance worker who isnt even with Boonville anymore because he wisened up When I called the number he had to personally call the new maintenance man so that I could get the things in my apartment fixed On that note lets roll into what I needed fixed For starters the door to my oven fell off about 4 months ago after about month 3 they came out and fixed it Not really its already on the floor literally less than 6 hours after maintenance left it fell off Im genuinely blown away moving on About the same time my oven door fell off my dishwasher stopped working and started over flowing onto my kitchen floor After waiting for about 2 and half months for it to get fixed I ran it the same day they decided to fix it and guess what still broken over flowed again all over my kitchen The lights in my room also dont work at all like at all So final review this is the hardest review I could ever write because I want to name names and curse a lot because I am beyond mad at how Ive been treated here but I dont know the property managers name because there have been 3 new ones in the year Ive been here Absolutely hate it cannot express enough how horrible this place is to rent Have a nice day more ... hide ...

I love living here in Delaware on Primrose The staff is always friendly and willing to help if needed The Appartment complex is both clean and quiet The staff here has always been very nice and helpful for the 5 years of living here However parking is something left to be desired

My 93 year old mother has lived in these apartments for since 2016 When she first moved in the maintenance was very good and they took decent care of the tenants Over the last 3 years their care for the tenants has been very poor They have had many issues with elevators breathing down in the cold weather and they are so old getting parts can take a long time 2021-09-10T20:22:41Z
My 93 year old mother has lived in these apartments for since 2016 When she first moved in the maintenance was very good and they took decent care of the tenants Over the last 3 years their care for the tenants has been very poor They have had many issues with elevators breathing down in the cold weather and they are so old getting parts can take a long time so if the tenant is disabled or not able to climb steps and on the 3rd floor it becomes an issue quickly Also after a water leak in her appointment it took over 2 years for them to fully fix the wall and paint it Then about 6 months ago one of her blinds fell and broke which has still not been repaired It might seem trivial about a blind broken but when the bright flood lights on the grounds are shining in your eyes trying to sleep it is not good I moved the bind from the bedroom to the living room but has the same issue of the bright lights in her eyes while sitting in her chair trying to watch TV read or knitting The corporate company that owns these apartments have no empathy for elderly who cannot make repairs on their own I would move her out but it seems this corporation owns most of the apartments for elderly If I had known what I know now I would never have moved her in these apartments more ... hide ...

Worst place to live ever First off they NEVER EVER return phone calls No exaggeration Ive called at least 30 times in the last 3 years and have never got a call back My AC goes out in the summer heat goes out in the winter my vehicle has been broken into 3 times no screens on my front windows bc they were so old they fell apart and blew away after I called 3 2019-04-12T01:20:42Z
Worst place to live ever First off they NEVER EVER return phone calls No exaggeration Ive called at least 30 times in the last 3 years and have never got a call back My AC goes out in the summer heat goes out in the winter my vehicle has been broken into 3 times no screens on my front windows bc they were so old they fell apart and blew away after I called 3 times begging for them to repair kitchen window installed wrong so it leaks every time it rains flooding the kitchen front windows were promised to be replaced 2 years ago and still no new windows no landscaping or lawn care provided as promised they do not spray for ants or any other pests and when I asked why they said its not their responsibility I could literally go on forever Most recently my heater didnt work for 2 months because they could never manage to figure out what was wrong with it During the coldest nights of the year we didnt have heat I had to go spend 200 on space heaters and when I called to see if they would discount my rent due to the fact that myself and my 12 year old daughter didnt have adequate heat guess what Yep they didnt answer the phone and never returned my voice message SHOCKER right lol Ive been a tenant here since 2011 and seen this building go through 3 different owners and Three Stone Homes is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORSE In the last 8 years Ive paid my rent late only once and have always been a good tenant keeping a clean well maintained home My lease is up in July and Im counting down the days I can hardly wait to leave this hell hole they call Primrose Circle Apartments Take it from me never ever EVER move here Total nonstop nightmarenUPDATEnStill no heat and now no AC Called and complained twice this week and they havent returned my calls Big surprise right My next step is to contact KY3 news and consult with my lawyer Im not going to continue to pay rent when my daughter and I dont have adequate living conditions more ... hide ...
