Rhonda and Lacy were the best managers at Cedarwood Terrace After they were no longer there management went downhill The current Manager Ashley Harris is rude and doesnt know how to do her job I went months without a properly working heater which resulted in ridiculously high electric bills I had to pay so I decided to move out when my lease ended Not only did I fulfill my current lease but I provided her with more than a 30 day notice as required per my lease This very unprofessional lady attempted to charge me a full months rent on a lease that had not legally taken effect After contacting corporate and HUD I was able to move out without paying any of the baseless charges Ms Harris was attempting to charge me My advice to that Manager is instead of telling the residents to read their lease maybe you should read it first and better educate yourself on what you can and cannot do I read mine My deposit was returned me as it should havennI also had been dealing with a leaking roof in my spare bedroom for over 365 days that instead of corporate having it fixed properly after multiple complaints pictures and email correspondences they took the cheapest route possible and just kept putting bandaids on it which only further made the problem worse and eventually the ceiling plaster start falling down and under it was a whole breeding ground of mold that had developed It still had not been repaired properly when I moved out
