I have been reluctant to to write a review because this place definitely serves a purpose and that purpose is to provide temporary and transient lodging however you do get what you pay for For the most part the front desk staff can be tolerable if you respect them but depending on their personal moods can be rude and condescending and since they know that most of the people who are there dont have have anywhere else to go they Ark what to tell you if you dont like something you can leave The head of Maintenance at this hotel is a joke After living there longterm residents are definitely not the main concern Money is It shows in the lack of Maintenance to the laundry facilities which really need to be replaced to the elevators that are extremely old and constantly breaking down to the freight elevator that does not work so now the elevators at the residents use on the same ones they use for trash throughout the building Another major issue in this building of course is the bed bugs which are all throughout the building The the hallway carpets need to be replaced because they are filthy is there is a general odor throughout the entire building This year the building got New ownership and I hope they take the time to actually invest in the residence The location of this building is absolutely perfect because its a half block from a grocery store a block from transit and plenty of restaurants and things nearby However if you have a car parking is not provided so be prepared to spend more money for that more ... hide ...

Gwen is the most worse management they have had She is lazy and doesnt do her job at all when it comes to the tenants All she is worried about is doing work that her bosses tell her to do We are left on the back end so much here with this property They will leave you needing appliances for months and maintenance doesnt do any work here at all really When the 2022-10-15T04:36:40Z
Gwen is the most worse management they have had She is lazy and doesnt do her job at all when it comes to the tenants All she is worried about is doing work that her bosses tell her to do We are left on the back end so much here with this property They will leave you needing appliances for months and maintenance doesnt do any work here at all really When they do work it is always something that they have to come and re fix or they just dont show up You call over to the office for maintenance help and they are clueless as to when you will get any help They want the rent but leave the tenants on the back burner Currently doing apartments but cant take care of the needs of the ones thats been here Gwen is never available and I have no clue what her assistant does Mailbox be full because they dont listen or care about messages Its beyond horrible how they do their tenants Things have went downhill tremendously since Gwen has been here They need to do more than upgrade apartments we need a whole new office change with management and maintenance more ... hide ...
