This is the worst complex that I have every encountered The management team is very unprofessional never answers the phones and does not assist the seniors that live on this property Writing this review today is only a start and my complaint will go higher until the issue is resolved They need to do a better job and have compassion for the seniors I will not sit back and allow my family to be stressed and worried because of people that just want to collect a check They never answer the phone and not all of the seniors are able to walk to the office I went to the office and as I entered the phone was ringing so I stood to the side The young lady at the desk did not answer Yet she was sitting there playing on her cell phone I am very disappointed and will be heard more ... hide ...

I was very impressed with this senior living facility Its secure and very well maintained There are several onsite amenities such as laundry and computer rooms As well as a common area recreation room with television I believe that they also have activity nights Great place and atmosphere

I love it but people thats complaining about get your lazy as up and get you a job buy a house so you can have your own rules you cant have nothing to say if they helping you pay for your utilities bills and rent and more stuff for free
