Performed work for the owner We bent over backwards to get her in same day She had ALOT of units without AC and needing a lot of repairs After repairs were performed she never paid and stopped answering our calls If she calls you for service collect fees in advance

Washington apartments is a good place to live but the people lie and harass you for being different I suggest finding other apartments
