I hardly ever leave reviews but I feel like since Im moving and can give an honest opinion and all these other reviews are so false that its giving this place a negative outlook now is the time All I know is the past 2 years have been the best experience in an apartment complex Ive ever had The townhome was the perfect size for me and my daughter And wheneve 2022-01-14T19:56:09Z
I hardly ever leave reviews but I feel like since Im moving and can give an honest opinion and all these other reviews are so false that its giving this place a negative outlook now is the time All I know is the past 2 years have been the best experience in an apartment complex Ive ever had The townhome was the perfect size for me and my daughter And whenever I had a maintenance issue it was resolved within 48 hours if not sooner depending on the problem The office staff is AMAZING If I could put Ms Tiera in my car and take her with me I would She cares about this community and the people in it My only issue are the potholes but the city owns that so Oakmont shouldnt take a hit for that If I ever move back this will DEFINITELY be my first stop Thank you Oakmont crew You all will be missednnUpdatenMs Tiera is no longer with the complex Not even a month after she left I got a notice that my rent was 3 months behind If I dont pay nothing else I definitely pay my rent I called the office and was told their records showed I was behind I got a printout of my bank statements and highlighted my monthly ON TIME payments I ended up moving but never got an apology or explanation of the problem The new management is not friendly at all They lost the best office manager and maintenance worker they ever had I still keep in contact with several residents and they are all miserable with the new people and say theres constant gun fire IF YOU HAVE KIDS PLEASE BE CAREFUL more ... hide ...

I been here for 34 years and nobody fixed the living room door its making my whole apartment cold the door is not put on right and its letting cold air in the toliet Not flushing properly i have to flush 510 times in order for it to flush the right way and every time i ask them to fix someting they never come i have kids that easly get sick and i can never l 2016-12-16T21:22:20Z

I wish there was an option for no stars First I moved in 2020 on a two year special So the first day the office was not aware that they had a move in scheduled So I was asked to come back later in the day The apartment was reviewed and I was informed that the carpet had had a chance to be cleaned I paid a 400 deposit and the lease was signed During my time a 2022-07-12T22:25:52Z
I wish there was an option for no stars First I moved in 2020 on a two year special So the first day the office was not aware that they had a move in scheduled So I was asked to come back later in the day The apartment was reviewed and I was informed that the carpet had had a chance to be cleaned I paid a 400 deposit and the lease was signed During my time at the apartments I had put in several Maintenance orders for the fridge and freezer the dishwasher and the increase in Roaches The children are allowed to throw rocks and stay on the playground all hours of the night Maintenance entered my apartment after I moved out without permission even though I moved my keys were not turned in Overall it was okay and basically a count down to move At move out I received a statement balance I was charged 400 for carpet cleaning in which carpet was horrible during move in and 325 in cleaning Not to also mention I was not provided my entire refund I was told by manager that because 300 was in the system that is what I would be getting back She provided the owner my receipt of my deposit and videos of the apartment and there was no response My rent was on time and was even over paid I do not recommend this property to anyone and for the people who live there please be advised you will receive your deposit back Keep all receipts I wish there was an option for no stars more ... hide ...

Coleen has really Been good to me since I have been living here I had a couple bumps in the road she was very understanding I cant ask for a better property manager they really are down to earth thanks a lot for all you guys do
